Are Earth Juice products made with natural ingredients? Yes. Every Earth Juice formula is crafted with naturally derived ingredients — plant oils, botanical extracts, aloe vera, and vitamins. No fillers, no shortcuts.
Are your products free from harsh chemicals? Absolutely. All Earth Juice products are free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and synthetic dyes. What's in the bottle is what belongs on your hair and scalp.
Are Earth Juice products safe for sensitive skin and scalp? Yes — our formulas are designed to nourish without irritation. If you have highly sensitive skin, we always recommend a patch test before full application.
How many ingredients are in each formula? Our Revitalizer and Hydrating Spray each contain 34 moisturizing, stimulating, and strengthening ingredients. Every single one was chosen with purpose.
LOCS & HAIR TYPES
Are these products safe for locs? Yes — Earth Juice was built with loc wearers in mind. Our formulas are residue-free and absorb cleanly into the loc without causing buildup, unraveling, or frizz.
Will Earth Juice products cause buildup in my locs? No. Buildup is one of the biggest enemies of healthy locs and it's something we specifically formulated against. All three products are clean and residue-free.
Can I use Earth Juice on starter locs? Yes. The lightweight formulas are gentle enough for new locs and won't interfere with the locking process.
Are these products for locs only? No — while Earth Juice was designed with loc wearers as the primary focus, all products work beautifully on loose natural hair, coils, twists, and all textured hair types.
Can I use Earth Juice on color-treated hair? Yes. Our formulas are safe for color-treated hair and help restore moisture without affecting your color.
USAGE
How often should I use the Revitalizer? As often as needed. Apply directly to your scalp and through your locs whenever they feel dry or your scalp needs relief — daily or between wash days.
How often should I use the Hydrating Spray? Spray it whenever your locs or scalp need a moisture refresh. It's a leave-on formula so there's no rinsing required — use it daily, between washes, or on the go.
How do I use the Styling Creme? Apply a small amount to damp or dry hair, work through your locs or distribute through loose hair, and style as desired. No rinse required.
How much product should I use? A little goes a long way with all three formulas. Start with a small amount and add more as needed based on your hair length and density.
How long before I see results? With regular use most customers notice a difference in moisture and scalp feel within the first few uses. Visible improvements in hair health typically develop over 2–4 weeks of consistent use.
Can Earth Juice help with dry scalp or dandruff? Yes. Ingredients like Tea Tree, Peppermint, and Aloe Vera work together to soothe dryness, calm inflammation, and reduce flaking.

How long does it take to process and ship my order? Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

RETURNS
Do you accept returns on opened products? We do not accept returns on opened or used items. If there's an issue with your order please reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.
How long do refunds take? Once a return is processed, refunds typically take a few business days depending on your payment method and bank.
